G Series
The classic, nostalgic design meets high quality components in a space-saving footprint. The closed and non-perforated roasting drum allows the unrestricted roasting of multiple products, no matter of their particle size, special roasting conditions or product sensitivities. Thanks to the special shovel mechanism in combination with the interaction of the frequency controlled drum drive and roasting air, the roasting process is at any time fully under control, reliable and reproducable. Especially for upper roasting demands, the heating shaft allows a maximum of roasting diversity by combining the advantages of conductive and convective roasting to create unique flavours and colour characteristics, consistently and batch after batch.
Our G series drum roasters are available in 4 batch sizes:
1. G22 - batch size depends on product to be roasted
2. G45 - batch size depends on product to be roasted
3. G60 - batch size depends on product to be roasted
4. G120 - batch size depends on product to be roasted
Depending on the product to be roasted, the components may vary. A special execution for the saccharification of green malt to produce crystal / caramel malt is available.

G Series
The main features of the G series are:
Separate drive gears for roasting drum, agitator in cooler, roasting fan and cooling fan for parallel operation
- Atmospheric burner for a stepless control
- Frequency converters for for a stepless control of the drum drive (optional further frequency converter implementations possible)
- Flap to control the air flow (through the drum - around the drum - mixed)
- Heating shaft enables conductive roasting
- Cooling screen made of VA with round or optional slitted perforations and second outlet
- Roasting fan on the roasting machine
- Roasting cyclone with large collection container
- Cooling cyclone is optional available
- Thermocouples for product, roasting air and roasting exhaust air
- 3 controls available with a touch panel - manual, semi- automatic or fully automatic with a recipe management for reproduceable results
- Water tap connection for quenching matters inside the drum is optional possible
- State-of-the-art saftey devices to ensure a safe and reliable operation
