Our artisan cocoa winnower, type FBR-10 is designed for efficient breaking of roasted or pretreated cocoa beans and subsequent separating of nibs & shells.
The main features of the FBR-10 are:
- feeding hopper with approx. 1 bag (60 kg) buffer capacity
- screw conveyor from the butter to feed the bean breaker
- reflex breaker for gentle but efficient breaking
- 3 screen decks with different mesh sizes from coarse to fine
- aspiration unit with cyclon and collecting vessel for shells & fines
