Construction Features
- The external heating oven with hot air distribution along the entire drum length results in even heat transfer to the product. This process avoids the creation of hot-spots. The grains are gently mixed in the drum, which results in a homogenous roasted product. Even roasting with high moisture content is possible.
- Front gate with axial movement on a railway system, avoiding any jamming and wear. The inner gate disc is continuously driven by the rotating drum (connected by a bar). There is no transmission-slip and wear due to differential speeds subsequent to product discharge
- Drum rear of round cast design, without spokes, avoiding product deposits
- The bacteria filter of the cooler as standalone
